Preliminary Discussion of project

Dealer reaches out to set up a site survey
The site survey is the first step in the installation process, and is used to determine whether or not your property is a good fit for the Victoria or Elizabeth Model. This will be done virtually, or in person, depending on the property. Site surveys can range from $500-$1200, depending on the size of project.
Dealer provides a quote for the total cost of your project
This quote will include the cost of the UNIT, as well as all of the necessary work to install your UNIT. Details on the work needed to install and The Total Costs, e.g foundation, electrical connection, water and sewer.
Quote Accepted, Payment Arranged, Contract Signed
Once you've accepted the quote for your project, Contract will be signed and payment arrangements made. See Payments section.
Permit Application Submitted
KWTH General Contractor will submit site plan, zoning, plan set, utilities, roof, and foundation plans to the state. Permit approval turnaround time varies from a few weeks to a few months depending on your state & jurisdiction. Cost will be included in initial quote
Permits Approved, Site Prep Completed, Inspections Completed
Once permits are approved, the General Contractor will begin completing all necessary site preparation work in anticipation of your Unit arriving. Once site preparation is done, all necessary inspections are handled before obtaining permission to build.
Shipment & Installation Crane Scheduled
KWTH will coordinate to schedule the shipment and delivery of your Unit, as well as work locally to coordinate the crane which is necessary to install the Unit.
Delivered & Installed
KWTH will handle the installation of your Unit once it arrives onsite. This process is usually completed within a few days.
