Dealer reaches out to set up a site survey. The site survey is the first step in the installation process, and is used to determine whether or not your property is a good fit for the Victoria or Elizabeth Model. This will be done virtually, or in person, depending on the property and size of project. Cost can range from $500-$1200 for feasibility report. 

We offer 1 year workmanship warranty , 2 Years distribution warranty and 3 years Structural. Not responsible for Normal ware from use.  See Warranty Section for more info.

The use of High end materials and powder coating of the steel frames, gives these units 30-40 years expectancy 

The wall panels are compounded with foam in the middle, so it is not recommended to screw into the wall to hang heavy objects. You need to use self-adhesive hooks or the proper anchors for hanging TV's, AC units and other  decor.  the load capacity depends on the hooks and anchors used
